Terms of Use

• The game is free. An account is optional and you can delete it whenever you want.
• Play fair: no cheating, bots or offensive names.
• Purchases and the VIP Pass go through Google Play; in-game items have no cash value.
• Children under 13 should not use the game; ages 13 to 17 only with their parents' or guardians' knowledge.

1. Who provides the game

WordBlaster is an independent game, developed and maintained by Adaildo Neto, a Brazilian developer. Contact: adaildo.neto@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance and minimum age

By using WordBlaster you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The game is designed for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, use the game and make purchases with the knowledge and permission of your parents or guardians.

3. The service

WordBlaster is a free word search game with game modes, a global ranking, duels, missions and rewards. We may change, add or remove modes, themes, items and features to improve the game or keep it running.

We do our best to keep the game online, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures or reasons beyond our control.

4. Your account

• You can play as a guest. An account, with Google sign-in or email and password, is optional.
• Use truthful information, keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens in it.
• Each person must use their own account. Creating extra accounts to pile up rewards or climb the ranking is not allowed.

5. Conduct and fair play

So that the ranking and duels are fair for everyone, you may not:

• use a display name that is offensive, discriminatory, sexual, impersonates someone else or exposes personal data;
• use bots, scripts, third-party programs or exploit bugs to gain points, energy, items or rewards;
• manipulate the ranking, duels or the invite system;
• circumvent rewarded ads or purchases;
• try to access accounts, servers or data that are not yours, or disrupt the game.

If these rules are broken, we may change the display name, remove scores and rewards, and suspend or delete the account.

6. Energy, virtual items and VIP Pass

• Energy, special tiles (power-ups), XP, levels and other rewards are virtual items. They are for in-game use only, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another account.
• In-app purchases and the VIP Pass are processed by Google Play, at the prices shown in the store at the time of purchase.
• The VIP Pass is a subscription that renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscriptions; the benefit continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Refund requests follow Google Play's rules and the consumer rights that apply to you. If an item you bought does not show up in your account, write to adaildo.neto@gmail.com with the order number.

7. Ads

The game is supported by Google ads (AdSense on the website and AdMob in the app). Some ads are optional and give extra energy: the reward is only granted when the ad is watched to the end and validated. How ads are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The game, the WordBlaster brand, the logo, the visuals and the code belong to Adaildo Neto. You receive a personal, free, non-transferable permission to play, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell or distribute the game, or reverse engineer the app.

9. Content you share

When you share the result of a game, the generated image becomes a public link. You are responsible for what you share and where you share it.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including consumer protection law, we are not liable for losses caused by connection failures, problems with your device, misuse of your account by third parties you gave access to, or third-party services such as stores and ad networks. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

11. Termination

You can stop using the game and delete your account at any time, on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page and, if the change is significant, we will let you know in the game or on the website. Continuing to play after the update means you agree to the new version.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence, any matter about them may be settled in the courts of your place of residence.
